胡肖然博士任教于伦敦政治经济学院（LSE），担任LSE组织行为学博士项目主任及博士生导师。他拥有伦敦商学院（LBS）博士学位。他主要从事创新创造力、领导力、文化差异、情绪情感的研究，主要研究成果发表于Academy of Management Journal （AMJ)，Organization Science (OS)，Academy of Management Review (AMR), Academy of Management Annals (AMA)等期刊。他是情感与创新创造力研究CASP模型的核心提出者之一，并曾获得伦敦政治经济学院表彰教职员在学术研究，教学以及行政服务等领域突出贡献的教职员贡献奖以及伦敦政经学院教育卓越奖。 | ||
讲座内容摘要 | Decades of management research have rested primarily on the implicit assumption that employees are nondisabled. Technology-mediated platforms have fundamentally reshaped the employment landscape, offering disabled workers what appears to be an unprecedented opportunity: the ability to work beyond the social and physical barriers that have long excluded them from traditional labor markets. Yet this very technological infrastructure simultaneously generates profound uncertainties and novel challenges. Disabled workers find themselves subjected to opaque algorithmic management systems and absence of accessible accommodation mechanisms. The platform thus serves simultaneously as gateway to economic participation and source of instability. Drawing on a program of mixed-methods research, this talk investigates how disabled workers navigate this persistent uncertainty within technology-mediated work environments, and examines the psychological costs entailed in doing so. | ||
